Milash is located just inside the Anzac Sqaure Arcade, in Brisbane CBD. The entrance is at 265 Edward Street, just opposite Starbucks. Head straight into Anzac Square Arcade and our Salon is immediately on the left!

Parking

There are a few parking options surrounding us, these tend to be the cheapest options:

Wickham Terrace Parking: Up to $30 for a 2 ½ hour park, $5 flat rate for parking after 4:30PM

Queen St Plaza Parking: Up to $37 for a 2 ½ hour park, $12 flat rate for parking after 4:00PM and weekends

Myer Centre Parking: Up to $37 for a 2 ½ hour park, $11 flat rate for parking after 4:00PM and weekends

Alternative Transport

We have many different alternative transport options, being centrally located within Anzac Square gives you complete flexibility:

Train stations:

Central station - Central train station is linked to the Anzac Square Arcade, you just need to follow the subway path.

Taxis, Ridesharing Apps

Any and all ridesharing applications and taxi services will be able to take you directly to us!

Punctuality and Courtesy

For all full set bookings, we do require a $50 deposit which will go towards the cost of your appointment.

Please take note of the following important guidelines for your appointment at Milash Brisbane salon:
1. Arrival Time: We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes early if you require your makeup to be removed or if you need to use the bathroom before your appointment. This will help us ensure that your appointment starts on time and that there are no delays for the next client.
2. Digital Consultation Form: If you haven't filled out the digital consultation form prior to your appointment, please arrive 5 minutes early so that you can fill it out with us. This form is necessary to gather important information about your preferences and any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
3. Running Late: If you find yourself running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that we may not be able to provide the full service and the standard payment will still apply.

    1. Arrive on Time or 5 to 10 Minutes Early: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment or, if possible, arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. This will give you ample time to complete any necessary paperwork and consultations, ensuring that your treatment can begin promptly.

    2. Comfortable Attire: While we understand personal preferences may differ, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing to maximise relaxation during your appointment. If possible, avoid wearing restrictive or uncomfortable clothes that may detract from your experience.
    3. Avoid Caffeine before your Appointment: It's best to steer clear of caffeine before your treatment. This will help you stay relaxed during the session.
    4. Stay Hydrated: It is essential to drink plenty of fluids for overall health. However, we suggest consuming fluids in moderation before your appointment. Excessive fluids may lead to increased bathroom breaks, resulting in a disrupted and extended session. A balanced approach is recommended for your comfort during the treatment.
    5. Makeup Preparation: We greatly appreciate arriving with your makeup already removed. However, if you do arrive wearing makeup, please inform our staff upon arrival. We will require additional time to gently remove your makeup before proceeding with your scheduled treatment. Ensuring a clean canvas is vital for the best outcomes.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

At Milash Brisbane, we understand that unexpected situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to be understanding and flexible with our clients whenever possible. However, it is important to note that deposits are non-refundable.

If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you do so within 24 to 48 business hours. By providing us with sufficient notice, we will credit your deposit to the next appointment.

Alternatively, if you are unable to use the deposit for your future appointment, you can authorize a family member or friend to claim the deposit and apply it to their own appointment.

Please keep in mind that cancelling or rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We encourage you to reach out to our receptionist directly at 0423 412 500 if you need assistance in making changes to your appointment. Though it is possible to make these changes through our website, our receptionist will be more than happy to help you.

We kindly remind you that failure to show up for an appointment or making last-minute cancellations will result in your profile being flagged. After three occurrences, you will no longer be able to book appointments with us.
